Due to the limited-edition and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the pre-sale ends.
We do not offer refunds for:

Delays caused by shipping couriers or customs

Missed pre-sale deadlines
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and sizing guides before completing your purchase.
2. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

You received a defective or damaged item

You received the wrong item or size (not matching your confirmed order)
To be eligible, you must:

Provide photo evidence of the issue

Return the item in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging)
3. Refund Process
If your request is approved:

You will receive instructions for returning the item

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds if:

The issue is due to incorrect delivery details submitted by the customer

The item has been worn, used, or returned in unsellable condition

The pre-sale period has not yet ended (production hasn’t started yet)

You request a refund outside the 7-day window from delivery
